2020: WHAT A YEAR!

June 2020 saw the launch of BOBOU - the most exciting new entry into the makeup brush category, designed for optimal skin health, and featuring the world’s first luxury velvet handle for a tactile silky touch.

BOBOU brushes were acclaimed for their sultry vibes and superior application - and featured on the BBC, Stylist, Culture Whisper, The Handbook and other leading beauty blogs within 6 months of launch.

We finished the year with a POP-UP Store in John Lewis and nearly sold out our Flagship Velluto Range Professional Brush Set. Customers especially loved the velvet handle and the dense bristles. Most were concerned that about how to care for the velvet, you can find the link here on how to care and wash your BOBOU brush. While the brushes look like precious jewels, they are designed to perform.

The BOBOU team were delighted to have been shortlisted for the  London Pure Beauty Awards for best new beauty tool.

It was an honour and a privilege to have sponsored Mrs India UK 2020.  A great initiative that recognises and advocates for women's rights within the Indian community in the UK and beyond.

The pageant is the most respectable title & award in India for Married Women. Mrs India - Queen of Substance holds an annual pageant in two different categories to identify Married Indian Women who exemplify Beauty, Talent, Intelligence & Compassion. At BOBOU we are all about celebrating individuals who dare to be extraordinary!

BOBOU TO LAUNCH IN THE BIG APPLE!

Building on the momentum from John Lewis, BOBOU is proud to announce a partnership with FLYING SOLO, NYC from March 2021. We can't wait to showcase our Italian heritage and unique DERMAFIBRE technology in a store that's renowned for its revolutionary shopping experience.
